Convenient and Secure Doctor Visit
Telemedicine allows Dr. Raetzsch to connect with patients by video transmission to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at distance using a smartphone or computer. Due to COVID-19, we have moved to utilizing video visit to keep patients safe at home and out of the doctor’s office when possible. Patient visits can be done at home, workplace or other facilities that are convenient and it is a great alternative to in-person visits. Patients will need to check with their insurance providers to see if this service is allowed.
HOW USE TELEMEDICINE
Use a smart device with good internet connection
Schedule appointment. Call or use the Patient Portal to contact our office.
Receive a link by email or text message. Once your telemedicine visit is scheduled you will be sent a link to your email or by text message. This link will take you to an application called Doxy.me or ChironHealth.
Click on the link to connect with Dr. Raetzsch or Erin Fudge, APRN-C.
Allow camera to be turned on. You may be prompted to allow your camera to be turned on.
Put your name in box to enter virtual waiting room.
Provider will connect by video when they are ready to start your appointment.
